Did a set of walking reps though the rain prevented me from doing my last lap. Close to finishing this bowl of year 2016 D&R Three Sails in an undated straight brush etched black Molina apple with a nickel band and a black tapered vulcanite stem. Lunch follows this smoke.

It's nice to see that you appreciate a good MOLINA pipe too. I believe I have about 14 of them and they are all good smokers. That's a fine looking pipe. Happy smoking!!

Just sitting here enjoying some Mac Baren Navy Flake with a black coffee while wishing I had about a $1,000 that I don't need. Would like to purchase a few pounds of this, and grab a small tin of the HH Burley Flake and Old Kentucky Dark Fired to see if I would like them (though I am sure I would), as well as a tin of the Edward G. Robinson blend, a sleeve of the Savinelli Jupiter, as well as a Savinelli Tres pipe (that cute little thing would be perfect for short smokes through the day) and a Savinelli pipe in their 626 bent apple shape. ?

Whoever said "patience is a virtue" must never have wanted for anything.

1/2 Bowl of 50/50 mix of Captain Black original and Smoker's pride Cherry Cavendish slow stoked in a Barontini 1/2 spigot pipe with acrylic stem and 10 mm filter. The chamber is 20mmx52mm - 1/2 full and it took me 40 minutes. Don't know if that's good, bad or about right but it seemed the slowest I have ever puffed a pipe. I probably won't buy Captain Black again and may dedicate this pipe to Country Squire Old Tobey. Interestingly I noticed a series of what appeared to be pinholes on both sides of the newer Barontini in the clear finish - I hadn't dropped it. Under a 20 power loop it appeared that the finish has come off a series of pin point surface fills along two grain lines. I wiped it down and put a light coating of wax over the pipe. Eventually the shiny finish will wear off and I can just wax it for a natural look. Good afternoon and evening to all.

The rain stopped long enough for me to get a second set of walks in, and I'm close to finishing this bowl of year 2015 D&R A.B. Rimboche in an undated slight bend, smooth flame grain Wessex Standard egg with a brown accent on the black vulcanite saddle stem. Watching the Braves-Nats game.

Need to look over a few days of posts!! Sitting on the deck enjoying some rain from under the large umbrella. To save time, here are what I have planned. Peterson “Royal” 998 (cool little pipe)I snagged from @captainsousie on pipe listings and Watch City Rouxgaroux he kindly included as a bonus! Our 15 year old Jedi master golden photo bombed it, lol. Then this wonderful little chimney with incredible rings I commissioned a few months ago from Luiz Lavos with some 2018 BBF @hoosierpipeguy included as a little bonus with a tobacco purchase! Thanks guys! CB879A43-8554-4397-80DE-58A323B3AB5A.jpeg6281BA24-BD59-411F-8BE1-D6F7F72BBDE8.jpeg
