Scored a few nicely aged coins of Comoys Cask No.7 today at the club meetup. Apparently it's been impossible to find for a couple years - I've never even tried it. I opened the jar to smell and it smelled fantastic.

Just finished smoking year 2018 Esoterica Dunbar in a smooth straight, dark brown early 1960s Lane era Charatan Selected 43 Dublin with a black vulcanite double comfort saddle stem. This pipe was formerly owned by actor William Conrad.

Finally tried Five Brothers today - got a couple of pouches in a shipment. I think it tastes pretty good! And even though I smoke OJK all the time Five Brothers DOES provide a bit of a nicotine kick. I’d like if it was a ribbon-cut though. But the price is indeed right, and I like the pouch design.

Getting my evening started with a bowl of Anthology and a glass of Blanton’s. The weather is pleasant enough to keep me planted for a while and I can see myself smoking back to back bowls of this fantastic blend.…..I’m plowing through this tin.
