I enjoyed an early evening pipe out in the yard, an old clay filled with Gandalf and Hogwarts 1792 Flake, and a Bombay Sapphire G&T, shared with my wife.

Just finished smoking Sutliff Dunhill Elizabethan Match in a straight smooth brown 1960s-70s BBB Own Make 506 Canadian with a sterling silver band and a tapered black vulcanite stem.
Now smoking Wilke No. 72 in a pre-1974 dark brown straight Larus & Brother Co. Signature billiard with a nickel band and a tapered black vulcanite stem with the initials LCR on the top of the stem. This blend was smoked by Walter Cronkite.
This'll end the evening nicely. FVF in a Castello.

I've seen old pictures of Samuel Gawith with a clay pipe; can you imagine how many clay pipes have been smoked with Gawith tobacco over the years???
