Sending positive healing vibes to Tar Wheel and his kitty, I pray it’s nothing serious.

Now having Eight State in the Grabow CDL, the few weeks in the jar has really brought out the chocolate and nut aroma, it’s like a completely different tobacco than when I first opened it up. C&D really knocked it out the park with this one. It’s going in the special, once in a blue moon section of the cellar to be rationed and enjoyed on rare occasions. image.jpg

Kramer's Blend for Cary Grant in a Vauen churchwarden. I suppose these days they brand these as "Aucklands," but this one is closing in on 20 years old and has "Herr der Ringe" stamped on it. Was sort of a novelty at the time (and a gift) but it provides a nice, cool smoke. The mild aromatic was a nice change, and easy on an empty stomach. With mid mid-morning coffee and some water.

Peterson Royal Yacht in a smooth straight Stanwell 32 bulldog. Short smoke before I finish some chores. The pipe has an open draw and is light weight for clenching. Stanwell survived the move to Italy, and the old Dunhill blends the move to the Peterson brand.
