My son-in-law put two pork shoulders into the new smoker at 4:00 this morning, to prepare for pulled pork sandwiches. I was smelling that fantastic aroma all day. The weather was beautiful in the late afternoon sun, so I fired up an HC Series Red Corojo Grande, while sipping my new Summer favorite, Peach/Mango Green Tea with Honey Jack.

Did a bit of snacking, and am now smoking the last of this sample of C&D Carolina Red Flake in a 1980s SMS eagle claw egg medium bend meerschaum signed by J. Boglon with a brown and cream swirl acrylic stem. Phone chatting with the fella who gifted me the meer.
