Off to work with a bowl of Wilke No. 78 in a straight black sandblasted undated, unbranded Made in France short shank billiard with a long black vulcanite tapered stem.
It's not bad, a true aromatic. Tin note is extraordinary. Very heavy Cavendish blend so the toppings greatly sublimate the tobaccos.
This more in line to what I was expecting from rhe Kop coconut offering. I'll be taking this to the beach with me this summer.

The other half was off with her sister tonight so I had enough time to have back to back bowls of Davidoff Flake Medallions in the Savinelli 311ks followed by a giant bowl of GLP Bankside in a P Jeppesen freehand billiard with the cat intermittently enjoying the room note by my side, mostly to use me as a heat source. Lit a small fire in the clay chiminea and tried my hand at some astronomy with an old Celestron telescope.
