And how did the woodcock hunting trip go, a few birds or a beautiful outing with your best friend ? When I bird hunted I had an area that had a favorite downed tree that I would get to where I would sit and smoke a pipe. Always one of the highlights of my trips. Birds or not I never had a bad day afield. Hope yours are similar and thanks for the photos.Good Morning and Happy Sunday. Smoking Makhuwa in a kkkk old antiquari

Best wishes to all in the winter storms path, we may get some of the blasted ice up here.
@Lucro : I'm sorry for your trouble. The loss of a parent is always hard because, whatever your relationship with them, you owe them your existence and there's a part of them in you - and the first Christmas without them seems the worst. It gets easier with time. Welcome back.Hi everyone. I haven’t been on much the last couple months. Lost my dad at the beginning of November and it’s been… well anyway I stopped by to share what I’m smoking. Today I had a bowl of Boswell’s cupcake with my morning coffee and CD Low Country Carolina Christmas to close out my evening. I scored a tin of Esoterica Margate I may open for a special Bday smoke a day early. I hope everyone had a great holiday season. Hope to be a regular again.
Your post required me to google "bubble-and-squeak " which I did and I hope your lunch was enjoyable and your smoke in your new pipe !Lunch of bratwurst and bubble-and-squeak made with sauerkraut, shortly to be followed by two steps into the unknown: Sam Gawith's Black XX Twist in a new briar-stemmed Canadian morta by Chris Askwith. And black coffee.
