I tried a small pinch, about 1/3 bowl of Petersons Nightcap in the Vauen Olaf bent egg while running a short errand. First, it was delicious. Second, its much stronger than the 507-c I usually smoke. I got half way to my destination and my sinuses gave out, I was sneezing, coughing, eyes watering etc. After the fit I continued to smoke and the flavors kicked in ... chocolate, vanilla, honey, smokey, woody, hay etc ...
Great stuff but I may also just mix a little into other tobaccos for flavoring. I'm a bit dehydrated today and this probably wasn't the blend to try today. Great tasting tobacco though,

Secret Santa sent me a tin of 2020 Eight State Burley. I opened and jarred it last week, and I’m trying it out today in a Falcon.

I'm new to this blend, so I don't have past experience for comparison. The tin note reminded me strongly of Cascade hops, which I used in my Brown Ale. The flavor is much milder, but very pleasant.

Hi everyone. I haven’t been on much the last couple months. Lost my dad at the beginning of November and it’s been… well anyway I stopped by to share what I’m smoking. Today I had a bowl of Boswell’s cupcake with my morning coffee and CD Low Country Carolina Christmas to close out my evening. I scored a tin of Esoterica Margate I may open for a special Bday smoke a day early. I hope everyone had a great holiday season. Hope to be a regular again.
My condolences. I hope you find peace in the new year.

Enjoyed a late, but tasty lunch, and have passed the half way mark of this bowl of year 2000 VaPer Three Nuns in a 1938 straight black grain relief Dunhill OX Shell bulldog with a silver band repair with a black vulcanite saddle stem. Gold Star Peruvian Macchu Picchu, neat, is my drink. We've had sleet and snow off and on, but for some reason, Tomato the Brave decided to live up to his name and wanted out. I'll bet he'll change his mind soon, the goofball.
