Enjoyed a tasty golden delicious apple, and am close to finishing this bowl of year 2010 Amphora Original (Brown) in a full bend barley sandblast Peterson 125th Anniversary 1898-2023 No. 172/330 302 brandy military mount with a silver band and a black vulcanite p-lip saddle stem. I've only a couple or three bowls left in the pouch. Ice water and bergs is my drink. Fed all the ferals except for the absent Abner the Eager. I'll feed me when this smoke is done.

I got a couple Falcon pipes in the mail today and am currently breaking in the green Shillelagh Twister with the Dublin Hunter bowl with some G.L. Pease Union Square. This is my first time smoking a Falcon but so far I'm very impressed and really liking it!puffy

Now smoking year 2014 Edgeworth Ready Rubbed Match in a very much appreciated 1979 brown, slight bend grain etched flat front Stanwell Rego 969-48 (09) with a black vulcanite saddle stem. Tomato the Brave has been by side for much of the past two hours. Daisy the Feral Princess has been by my feet.

Thanks much! I just finished my first bowl in the Falcon and was surprised by how pleasantly cool it kept the smoke from a hot burning pure Virginia that would typically nip at the roof of my mouth and tongue, and the little humidome and pipe cleaner ring inside really did keep the smoke exceptionally dry and flavorful.

I also liked how the tobacco burned down to complete ash with no moisture soaked dottle left at the bottom of the bowl like I'd typically have with a traditional pipe, so there was no waste at all. My initial impression is that the Falcon system really does do all the things it purports to do!puffy
