Never was able to sleep, so I'll start my day with a bowl of pre-2014 Edward G. Robinson's Pipe Blend in a 2014 Basil Meadows smooth slight bend squashed tomato with an aluminum band and a black pearl acrylic stem in the military mount style. Maybe later, I can get a snooze in.

I heard the sad news that EGR will be discontinued along with most all the Sutliff and Mac Baren blends. I'm fortunate to have what I hope is somewhere close to a life time supply of it. I do feel sad that EGR's grand daughter won't get royalties on the blend after this March.

I got the Ninja Noce 1001, it's like this one but smooth. Great pipe! Smokes great! Very nice
Just looked up the Noce - love that finish! Sometimes I wish I would have opted with the smooth finishes for my collection, but then I think back on all the times I've accidentally dropped these pipes and I'm thankful that they're rusticated... haha.

Yeah I hear you on that, all my pipes are smooth finish, which I like but I have scratched a few. Then every time I smoke it I'm like ugh! There's that scratch! Lol but I figure it wear and tear and part of the pipes life, it's mine and tells a story I guess. That's what I tell myself at least.

Exactly. It gives them character! The scuffs and scratches are probably my favorite part of my brass zippo. Twelve or so years of memories and good smokes!

Thank you for mentioning that. I just ordered the 12oz tub of it. We don’t get many sutliff blends in the UK but I’m lucky to have a company who ships to the UK with no issues so hopefully 12oz will last me a good long time.

Just finished smoking Watch City English Ernie-ental in a straight dark brown and tan rusticated Peterson 2023 Saint Patrick’s Day 264 Canadian with an Irish flag colored ferrule and tapered black acrylic stem. Had a great phone chat with a great friend.
