Now smoking Wilke No. 72 in a pre-1974 dark brown straight Larus & Brother Co. Signature billiard with a nickel band and a tapered black vulcanite stem with the initials LCR on the top of the stem. This blend was smoked by Walter Cronkite.

Gave this pipe a through cleaning, and I sure can tell the difference. From 1979 to the time I joined the forums (more or less), this was one of my most heavily smoked pipes. Anyway, I'm going to check on the ferals now.

Not far from finishing this bowl of Wilke Peanut Butter and Chocolate in a 2016 quarter bend Royal Meerschaum lattice apple meer with a tapered black, gold and cream swirl amber colored acrylic stem. This'll do it for me today.
