Some Wessex Gold VA Flake that I stoved last spring at 190F for 4 hours. The smell in the kitchen then was unbelievable and the smell coming from that open jar now is absolutely outstanding. Could be the best tin note in my whole cellar (220+ blends and counting). Happy New Year!
