Did a second set of walking reps, and am close to finishing this bowl of Wilke No. 515 in a 1998 smooth straight Butz-Choquin Bistro 1501 pot with a black vulcanite saddle stem. This was the original 515 that Basil Rathbone smoked. Going to smoke pots today.

Codgers Saturday continues. Walnut in a house pipe I bought 7 or 8 years ago at The Briary in Homewood, Alabama. You can see my everyday whisky is also used often. 
First with Rattray's Exotic Passion, and trying in the little WDC Royal Demuth, and decaf. This is a very easy smoke. The note in the tin says Orange, Mango, Passion Fruit, Maple Syrup, Golden Virginia, Burley, Black Cavendish. I dont get any citrus jumping out at me..just smooth.

It was a good time. But, I was the only one with a pipe, and one doesn't partake around the shooting.
Just finished smoking Wilke No. 72 in a pre-1974 dark brown straight Larus & Brother Co. Signature billiard with a nickel band and a tapered black vulcanite stem with the initials LCR on the top of the stem. This blend was smoked by Walter Cronkite.
