A good start to the week with the safe arrival of a Peterson 4AB POTY in sandblast 266/500.
A bowl of Peter Stokkebye’s Luxury Navy Flake.
Delighted to have secured this pipe as a fan of the Rathbone/Bruce era of Sherlock Holmes films and radio shows. Enjoyed reading the article on this issue of pipes in Peterson Pipe Noted and I tip my hat to @jiminks for his contribution in regards to Peterson producing the model.
Happy smokes

My second favorite Bogart after The Treasure of the Sierra Madre. I thought about watching Five Star Final but I’ll save that for a day that I smoke Edward G Robinson.
Got to see the treasure of the Sierra madre in the theaters a few years back. So much fun. Went with a friend. He fell asleep. I can only imagine the disappointment his mom must feel.

Never got to sleep, so I'm smoking this bowl from a freshly opened first production tin (2013) of Edward G. Robinson's Pipe Blend in a 2014 Basil Meadows smooth slight bend squashed tomato with an aluminum band and a black pearl acrylic stem in the military mount style.
