We went down to rejoin the YMCA again, and the first half was smoked going there, and am smoking the rest on my way home. Got in my cardio, weights, and laps in the pool. My goal is to get back to being able to ride the Birmingham to Atlanta Rails to trails again.

And, finishing some Pegasus in my Rua.

I have rode the Alabama section a bunch but I have never rode the trail all the way to ATL.

We have a few times. The connector from Chief Ladiga to the Silver Commet is a hike going and a scary roller coaster returning. I suggest walking up and down that huge hill.
But, there are a few places worth camping along the way. I’ve only been once since having my new Specialized Touring bike made to custom order…. Then covid hit.

LAMBERTS DRYBORE (unidentified but possibly refers to Lambert & Butler) / E.M.R (unidentified) stamped on the mount with marks for Birmingham 1903

"Lambert & Butler is a former English tobacco manufacturing company, established in 1834 in Clerkenwell, Central London that operated as a private business until 1901 when it merged with other UK manufacturers to form the Imperial Tobacco Company. Private: (1834–1901), Subsidiary: (1901–1958)
Source: Wikipedia

Unable to find any reference to Lambert & Butler pipes, only their tobacco blends, but as they were part of the Imperial Tobacco Company - a company definitely involved in pipes branded Imperial or ITC - I wouldn't be surprised to discover that they had other brands including the Lamberts Drybore

Used to ride my bike a lot. Loved it. Then I tore my knee up really bad (not in cycling, another accident), and have never gotten back to the level I was at. Reading your posts made me look at my bike and almost cry. Like you, I had just gotten the beautiful Bianchi I dreamed about, when disaster hit. Gotta get back in that thing!
