Ennerdale in a MM apple diplomat. I smoked a bowl of Louisiana Flake the other night and caught to faintest whiff of Lakeland sauce. I’ve been craving it ever since.

No complaints at all! I enjoy the smoke it provides and it forces you to smoke slower to keep from frying your fingers ?
