The last of my Sutliff Westminster sample in a Savinelli Miele 611 KS Bent Dublin while I smooth our dirt driveway a bit (rain left a mess). Bird report: Dark-eyed junco, House finch, White-crowned sparrow, Chipping sparrow, Northern flicker, White-breasted nuthatch, Common raven, California scrub-jay, Steller's jay, California towhee, and a most UN-welcome grey squirrel (stay the hell away from that birdseed, dammit!). Looking forward to a homemade margherita pizza w/minestrone soup tonight!

My first bowl of Granger - here's hoping it doesn't react negativaly with my body chemistry because so far so good, quite good actually.
Nice, soft mellow smoke, mild flavour and aroma - nice way to start the day ?

I can feel a slight tingle on my tongue but not sure if it's just my subconsciousness or a placebo effect yet..

Thank you! I read about it somewhere online, I think it was an article about the history of the shop. Being that I enjoy an English blend from time to time and that my maternal grandfather was a Dempsey I had to try it. I found it at SP, liked it and now keep it well stocked.

I've been smoking some Solani Silver Flake I jarred back in 2017 in a MM freehand while out in the cold snowy weather here in Québec with my shovel. I'm reminded that I must order more tins of this stuff... it's damned good with some age on it.
