I grew some n. rustica once. It was a beautiful plant but I didn't try to smoke it. No time for shamanic trances these days... sadly.
Just finished this bowl from a first production tin (2013) of Edward G. Robinson's Pipe Blend in a 2014 Basil Meadows smooth slight bend squashed tomato with an aluminum band and a black pearl acrylic stem in the military mount style.
Solani Silver Flake in a Čermák. Pipe is almost too small to smoke.

Good day all! Started with a cob tryout of Wilke #184 (Turkish Yenidje and Black Cav) in a MM Cob - and found that the cob works very well with this blend. Followed with St. Bruno RR in the dedicated small Tilshead Dublin.
Already had some Sutliff Balkan II in a Kaywoodie White Briar. Loaded and waiting is Burley Morning Pipe in a carved unbranded bent dublin with screw in tenon.

My own Virginias in my own make pipe while stirring the gumbo… crawfish, shrimp, aligator, and Conecah sausage…. Mmmmm…
Did a set of walks, and smoked a bowl of year 2016 D&R Three Sails in an undated straight brush etched black Molina apple with a nickel band and a black tapered vulcanite stem.
WCC Rouxgaroux in a MM Kingston Judge. Just a great tobacco that I should be smoking more often than I do.
We got busy after breakfast and got the holiday decor packed away for another year. Other than glitter on everything, you would never know we just celebrated Christmas.
Tilbury in a MM Country Gentleman, drinking hot water with lemon. 
Taking a while to warm up here. Got down to -9 last night. Good ol NM sun is shining today, we're all the way up to 15F now. 8" snow on the ground. Smoking Mississippi Mud in my unbranded briar. Warmest thing on my porch is my pipe! Love this tobacco.
Don't know which looks better, that beautiful pipe, or that Gumbo!
