A quarter of the way through this bowl of 1970s Prince Albert in an undated, unbranded straight smooth brown made in France Los Alton VBF Canadian with a tapered black vulcanite stem. Ice water and bergs is my drink. Watching Mad Dog Russo.

Just getting some work done with a bowl full of Pembroke...I'm thinking I might crack open a tin of sutliff 1849 next. Pembroke is a tough act to follow, I might go with SWRA first.

Peterson Irish Flake in a Tinder Box St. Ives smooth bent pot sitter with saddle stem, the first pipe I ever bought in around 1979. Tinder Box surmised years later it was probably sourced from Chacom. I bought it new, and it is still smoking just fine.

Freshly opened Sutliff 1849 in a MM cob. Light, sweet, pepper in the retrohale...it's not an immediate "must stockpile" but it's definitely smokeable. I think I'll jar it for a while and come back to it.
