Giving up packeted pipe baccy this year - unless I get bought some!
Not buying any more pipe baccy this year until reenactment starts again as I'd like to improve my health & fitness and reduce my carbon footprint!
When I do smoke my clay pipes at re-enactment events I'll be getting some loose Gawith Hoggarth pipe baccy to smoke in them.

Giving the pipes a rest once I've smoked my last 2 clay bowls of Special Virginia.
My breathing and health should improve as my body clears out the residue from all that delicious pipeweed!

ZOOM-ing with my Saturday afternoon pipe friends, I smoked the first "expensive" pipe I bought ($35), in the mid 1960s, a Charatan's Make sandblasted bulldog 8DC, filled with 4 year old PS Luxury Navy Flake. Oh, my! The aroma, as I opened the small jar, was exquisite, and it was an incredible smoke. Yum!
I sipped Peach/Mango Green Tea with a splash of Honey Jack in a tumbler filled with bergs.
Great smoke, great conversation, great friends!

Breaking in a Rocky 150 with a bowl of Kendal Gold no2, first straight pipe I’ve ever owned can’t see it being my last either ?

Enjoyed a tasty golden delicious apple, and am now smoking Peretti Coffee Blend in a 2002 IMP smooth full bend egg shaped meer with a black acrylic stem. Have enough for another bowl. This will finish my smoking day.

Starting the day with Amphora Original in this new MM Morgan. Watching NFL Zone, (a half hour to go through all the weeks action ?). Hound of the Baskervilles (Jeremy Brett as Sherlock, the best) just started and I’ll clean a few pipes while watching and load up some Jamaican Flake in whatever comes to hand.
