Had a chance to enjoy an outstanding bowl of SG Special Flake #2 in the 28° weather. The flakes are beautiful, thin and uniform, almost like some of the thinner McClellands, and they burned perfectly. They felt quite moist, but I had no burn issues. #2 is in the Grousemoor family, with less lemon grass and more of that exotic Juicy Fruit flavor. If you really like strong, scented Lakeland’s you will enjoy these flakes.

This is bound to annoy some tea drinkers, but have you just tried Lipton Black Tea. I'm an occasional tea drinker and like it to be strong. I grew up drinking sun tea and my family liked it very strong.

Lipton back tea, although it is very fine ground powder, and genreally thought of as not real tea, my wife was taught different. She was a regional manager and trainer for Peet's Coffee and Tea and traveled quite a bout learning about both. She learned that Lipton is acutally scraps from high quality tea production. I've had all kinds of English Breakfast Blends, including my trips to England, but have never found anything as bold and strong as Lipton Black Tea. I still make jugs of sun tea, but during the winter, a bag or two in a large mug hits strong tea flavor needs. Sometimes black, but I love creamed and sugared tea.

I wish I was sitting on Portland (England) in the little cafe on he bluff having Cream Tea service right now.

Based on reviews of Lipton from some Brits, I'm sure I will offend or annoy some with this response. I have no interest in any of Liptons bottled products as they all taste horribly sweet and synthetic. I suppose you learn to love what you were brought up on...
Yes and no. I use the Lipton for iced tea. Never actually tried it brewed hot. Will have to give it a try, thanks.

Now smoking Peterson Irish Flake in a billiard Burner by Scott's pipes.

A quarter of the way through this bowl of year 2016 D&R Three Sails in a smooth straight late 1970s Charatan Special 4148DC Reg. No. 203573 pot with a black double comfort vulcanite stem. Getting ready to do another set of walks. The Henry Aaron funeral service was moving and incredibly well produced. RIP Henry.

C&D Bayou Night, with a ruckus of a barnyard smell out of the jar, in a Johs blast Canadian, what I like to call the stateliest shape. Had a big adventure wooing one of the commodes back into functioning by replacing a gasket in the tank kit, simple but always a learning curve to remember how it's done. So far we're back in business. Boy, the fastener on the flush handle chain was like jewelry repair.
