My second bowl is a great pleasure after the surprise, if not shock of the first bowl, I thought I understood & was familiar with the taste of most English & Balkans , but Zulu is an eye opener, to new tones & unique taste without toppings, from a well tried genre. The online reviews describe the constituent notes better than I can, so I don't try. But it beats me what gives Zulu it's originality, but I love it.
