Woke up to a surprise!

So I loaded up some coins of Synjeco Holker Twist that had been airing overnight into my Zombie Cavalier?‍♂️

That's a cool looking Cavalier.

I've bought two, NOS antiques. The first one I lit up wasn't a good smoker so I haven't bothered firing up the 2nd Cavalier because it's quite unique. I'm keeping it for display.
If I find an Aussie museum that's keen to display it I'll bequeath it to them.

1930-40's German Hunter -Pipe with horn cap. Not a good smoker : (

This 1920's German Hunter-Pipe is unsmoked. I'd be terribly disappointed if it was also a crappy smoker.
It's such a nice looking pipe & worthy to be in a museum.

Not sure what I did wrong there - I was replying to @rushx9 pic of his Zombie Cavalier.

Those are beautiful!!! Mine is really just a decent smoker, far from great, but I like it's weird aesthetic. Only it's bowl is briar and it screws on. Someone carved Jan '43 on the back of it so I'm assuming that's when it was purchased. Would love to stumble on one like yours that is in my (low low) price range!?

Thanks man.
A German ebay seller had a heap of NOS from a 100+yo German tobacconist.
I can't remember exactly what I paid but the carved one was around $55usd, the one in the 1st pic was around $40usd.

At the time I also won three 'Old-Stand-Up Style' pipes. - I'm presuming that they may have been display pipes because he only had the 3 which turned out to range in size fro Large, Medium & Small.

Here's a pic of the smaller one;
