I've been diving into more lakeland blends. Specifically G&H Dark Flake, Grasmere Flake, Brown Flake (Licorice), as well as Three Nuns. Trying to slow down my pipe + tobacco collecting and focus on learning the attitudes and personalities of the tobaccos I've only smoked a few times.

May I recommend trying LJ Peretti No Name. I know it is not from the Lakeland region, but it has that Lakeland taste and I find it very enjoyable. I have become a LJ Peretti fan for almost all of their blends.
Part way through this bowl of Watch City Rouxgaroux in a 1970's straight rusticated black Savinelli Estella 915 KS billiard with a flared top and pearl brown acrylic saddle stem.
Last smoke of the day is year 2014 HU Directors Cut in a medium bend smooth paneled 2017 Celebi Turkish Meerschaum with a gold and black swirl acrylic tapered stem.
2013 Elizabethan in a tiny Kaywoodie Supergrain lovat. Still dead quiet in NYC at this hour(5AM). Very serene smoking moment.

Halfway through a Navy exercise but finally found time to smoke a bowl of Nightcap and a bowl of Old Toby at, of all places, the local dog track.

Had some Carter Hall in a Barling Fossil Canadian while walking to the grocery store to buy some fruit. Nice day for 32 degrees
