For a guy who smokes a lot of cigars that make me green with envy, and probably has a golf handicap that makes me want to butt shoot you at long range with a pellet gun, you sure have a lot of super pipes! This one is a dazzler! Distinctive, and no nonsense! 🤣

Long and tiring day, but a good one. Tell y'all about it in the morning as I'm now making plans for the upcoming Lent. In the meantime, enjoyed this final smoke before going to the range this afternoon. Miniature Meer, stuffed with my favourite cherry aromatic, Borkum Riff's Cherry Cavendish.

Great smoke, from a "toy" pipe that cost me $18 bucks plus shipping on Evilbay. It's biased for cherry, and is starting to take more color with each smoke. Nice draw, and gives a flavour to cherry aros that I'm surprised at every time I light it up! Ended the day with visiting buddy Mike, with an equally favourite cheap cigar, a Swisher Sweets Grape.

I tell ya, I can sure stretch a buck, he said modestly!

Now smoking Wilke No. 72 in a pre-1974 dark brown straight Larus & Brother Co. Signature billiard with a nickel band and a tapered black vulcanite stem with the initials LCR on the top of the stem. This blend was smoked by Walter Cronkite. Not far from finishing the Sonic and Tails art commission. Ice water and bergs is my drink.

Picked 11 bags of rubbish yesterday from Don Catchment Rivers Trust volunteer day at Avenue Farm. Mostly plastic tree guards. Found a detached telephone handset; probably "Catweazle"'s as the wires had been cut:

Met James Mccord in town afterwards; he gave me £10 as a thanks yesterday. No vapes; still on 65.

Was too tired to post the pic I took last night, but had to work about 20 hrs. yesterday, so it was just cob day, all day. MM Country Gentleman in a Country Gentleman, Eight State Burley in the hourglass, and continued torture of the cheapest of the bunch with MM Missouri Pride. This morning we'll try to start the day right with something nicer in just a few minutes.

Not Keith, but that’s a modern take on the canted egg of the 1906 JAP pipes. If I recall correctly, the late nineties’ Antique series has similar as well.
Thanks for that info. It’s a fantastic shape and size. Hopefully I’ll stumble across one eventually but probably not with a blast as good as Keith’s. Hope all is finding you well and your soon heading into a great weekend.
