@Carol-thanks for the tip regarding ridding ElMorjane (el cheapo) Algerian briars of their stain stank! I just grabbed a fifth of Everclear finally and soaked a couple stummels last night.
Burning this one in with some BLWB/Sunset Rum/Windsor 805 codger mix. It might yet make a decent around the property work pipe I don’t have to worry about.

Glad it worked for you!

Passing the half way mark of this bowl from a freshly opened bag of year 2014 Edgeworth Ready Rubbed Match in a very much appreciated 1979 brown, slight bend grain etched flat front Stanwell Rego 969-48 (09) with a black vulcanite saddle stem. I have lots of this blend, and thought I'd do a back to back with the original version. Ice water and bergs is my drink.

I seldom post photos of Sleepy Suzy and Molly Danger, so here’s a few. The first two are Sleepy Suzy who thinks I taste like chicken. The next two are Molly Danger.

Beautiful cats! Molly's expression looks like "don't mess with me ok? Just don't push it."

Enjoyed a Jethro Bodine size bowl of Raisin Bran with a golden delicious apple on the side for lunch. Then m'lady surprised me by making a big batch of New England clam chowder which I haven't had in years, and didn't know she had a recipe for it. It was so good that I had a Jethro Bodine size bowl and a half of it along with an egg, ham and cheese biscuit. And I just finished smoking Wilke Wall Street in my old reliable straight grain brown medium bend 1986 smooth Peterson Kildare 999 Rhodesian with a tapered black vulcanite p-lip stem. Gold Star Gourmet Blend, neat, is my drink.

Good evening. Starting the first third of sg Squadron Leader, in a MM General bent. I accompany it with a few shots of bourbon.View attachment 288989
As I have mentioned before, I love your maritime art, and thank you for sharing. This one, I admit, gives this inland landlubber the shivers. May I ask, who is the artist, and what is its title?

Molly Danger really hates having her photo taken. She doesn't usually have that look, but it's hard to get a photo of her when she's happy.

Here she is the day we got her. She was ham back then.

Here's Sleepy Suzy at a little over a month old. That's serenity if I ever saw it.
