Satou truly had his own style, right? Not a lot of Danish influence which is rare in artisan pipes. I see more of a Japanese design influence in his shapes. Of course, I’m no expert.

Yesterday was some Esoterica Dunbar in the Smokehouse Meer. . . .deciding what burley to go with coffee this morning. And then super stoked to fire up the commissions that came in yesterday’s mail. Xmas morning in February. Giggity.

And I have to confess to you fine people, I’ve been living a lie the past few months. The supposedly black, no additive, coffee I have been drinking has actually been spiked with turmeric at times like it is this morning. Turmeric doesn’t vastly change the flavor of this godly nectar and it helps with inflammation but I lied to you all!

And to think, when you told us your coffee was as black as your mood when reaching the bottom of a bag of buoy gold, I believed you
