Did a set of walking reps, and smoked a bowl of year 2015 D&R A.B. Rimboche in an undated slight bend, smooth flame grain Wessex Standard egg with a brown accent on the black vulcanite saddle stem. Ice water and bergs is my drink.

Now smoking Drucquer and Sons Loch Ness in a 2002 Ser Jacopo Delecta Fatta A Mano R1 sandblast Rhodesian with a smooth extension at the shank with a military mount and a tapered black acrylic stem.

Part way through this bowl of Peretti Royal in a black sandblasted medium bend 2013 Mark Tinsky Coral 5 cherrywood with a smooth dark brown shank and bottom with a tapered black briar accented acrylic stem. Time to clean a few pipes.

Absolutely.
I love calling dogs, but I’m one of those weirdos that stays focused on the primary quarry.
I did see fresh (very) fox and bobcat sign while trying to find javi bedding areas. Javi rifle hunts are usually frustrating because archery, youth, and HAM (handgun/archery/muzzleloader) hunts have been already pressuring any herds in the area for the past 4 weeks.

A few years back, on the other side of the mountain in that pic, I shot one rattlesnake walking out to a stand, and another walking back-within 100yds of each other and two different species.
