I really like saddle stem pipes, and that ones a beauty.
Just finished smoking Wilke Royal Admiral in an undated, unbranded, slight bend smooth darker brown made in France Los Alton VBF zulu with a tapered black vulcanite stem.
Now smoking Wilke Surbrug’s Crystal Palace in a dark brown smooth straight post-WW2 LHS Certified Purex 79 bulldog with a nickel ferrule and tenon with a black vulcanite saddle stem.
Still smoking my CAO meerschaum from the 1980s. A good pipe knows no limitations.

Now smoking Wilke No. 111 in a straight smooth medium brown 2016 Brigham Klondike 16 bulldog with a tapered black acrylic stem.

Did a little low calorie snacking, and am smoking C&D Virginia Gentleman in a straight smooth dark brown pre-1940s Comoy’s Jost’s Olde English Supreme J299 Canadian with a tapered black vulcanite stem. Ice water and bergs is my drink.
Close to finishing this bowl of Wilke Gentry Royal Blend No. 2 in a black sandblast quarter bend undated Briarcraft (Dr. Grabow made) Wimbledon 810 author with a tapered black vulcanite stem. Just fed my cats. Sam the Scamp is eating up a storm, now. I haven't seen Abner the Eager today or Harry the Hairy. My neighbors two streets over showed me photos they took of Abner and Harry on their deck. I'm glad they are helping out.
