MM Emerald Country Gentleman stuffed with Country Squire Old Toby.
A very pleasant smoke! I bought the CS Middle Earth sampler back in 2020 but havn't gotten around to smoking them. I decided to try them all over the next couple of weeks and thought it most fitting to start with Old Toby.

Smoking some C&D Apricots and Cream in a Ser Jacopo Delecta series L1. A properly packed pipe smokes SO well! It really makes the difference between a little nightmare and a pleasant dream.

Enjoyed a wonderful salad, rainbow trout and green beans dinner with strawberries for dessert. I'm a third of the way through this bowl of Watch City Blue Ridge Special in a straight smooth ebony post-WW2 LHS Sterncrest 91 bulldog with a sterling silver band, a rectangular shank and a tapered black vulcanite stem. Community Coffee, neat, is my drink. Working and listening to The Shadow from my collection of radio shows.

Thanks. It's the pipe I was really focused on when bidding on the auction lot, although there were many other good ones in that lot too. I'm very happy with it!

I started listening to old time radio shows, at the end of last year. The Shadow was one I listened to, amongst others. Really enjoyable.

Glad to hear that. I'm a big Shadow and radio fan. The Shadow is one of my favorite characters, and I'm always very happy when I'm commissioned to draw him, which I usually do in the style of the old Shadow pulp magazines.

Just finished smoking year 2016 Sutliff Revelation Match in a straight smooth brown post-WWII Kingsway (Comoy’s) London Made 61 Canadian with a tapered black vulcanite stem.
