More 1995 McClelland XMas Cheer in a trademark Castello bent billiard
Yesterday, I managed to leave work early, so took advantage of the free time to smoke a bowl of Petersons Deluxe Navy Rolls, in a 1975 Dunhill LBS, rubbed the tobacco out this time, there really is a notable difference between fold & stuff and rubbed out.
Last night same tobacco & packing technique, only in a 1964 Dunhill 120. Finished with a bowl of Three Nuns, in a Castello shape 15, wavy top Sea Rock. (sorry no pics, just now)

Just passing the half way mark on this bowl of year 2022 Mac Baren Burley London Blend in a smooth medium bend 2011 Rinaldo Collection Fiammata Silver Line 7 Odea 04 flame grain bulldog with a silver band and a tortoise shell acrylic saddle stem.

Mac Baren Old Dark Fired in a 1920's Dunhill Patent Shell Prince. Trusty Rodgers of Sheffield pipe tool and vintage 1950's Nimrod Commander pipe lighter accompanying.
Love the gnarly blasts and shapes of the early shell Dunhills. This particular pipe has a very asymmetrical bowl with a quite noticeable indentation on one side which (aside from adding character) make a perfect thumb rest! It's my understanding that pipes like these would have been weeded out by Dunhill's Quality Control starting in the early 1930's, but can be found among their earlier pipes.
