Just finished a bowl of Sutliff Victorian in the Big Ben Ranger. Windy day out, so lighting was a challenge, but I feel I'm starting to get the hang of actually smoking with a light wind. Some advantages are: the ash on top gets blown away for you (just make sure you're standing upwind so it doesn't blow on you), and it fans the ember to help keep it going when not puffing. A good thing for someone trying to slow down the pace of his smoking anyway.

Of course, one con is that the wind is smoking some of my tobacco for me, and I'm getting less of it. puffy

Starting off my smoking day with a bowl of year 2014 Edward G. Robinson's Pipe Blend in a 2014 Basil Meadows smooth slight bend squashed tomato with an aluminum band and a black pearl acrylic stem in the military mount style. Watching Mad Dog Russo.

Just passing the half way mark on this bowl of year 2001 VaPer Three Nuns in a 1938 straight black grain relief Dunhill OX Shell bulldog with a silver band repair with a black vulcanite saddle stem. Have enough for one more bowl. Not walking today as my left foot is not completely healed yet.
