With our cold, gloomy weather today I decided be pack the fancy pipe with some SV Buttered Rum and throw the ball for the dogs. This colorful, flowery pipe is a Medico Bold Rebel. Despite the wintery mix coming down from a leaden sky, I could barely resist prancing around the yard and singing show tunes.

@Briar Tuck It was a cold but dry day at the Battle of Nantwich last month; been walking around without a coat on this month - February is the month I'm most likely to mention global warming...
Enjoyed my pint and a clay with one of the Sealed Knot re-enactors outside the Red Cow pub in Nantwich, we both needed a good warming blast of clay pipe smoke:) I think the smoking shelter in the beer garden could have been made with the Sealed Knot in mind.
One thing I've noticed is ex cigarette smokers are more likely to inhale their pipe smoke...
Didn't feel cold in my sheepskin coat!
I'll have to find somewhere for a pint and a clay after Easter...

Close to finishing this bowl of Pfeifen Huber Virginia Golden Flake in a 1938 smooth straight brown patent Dunhill R 115 bowling ball apple with a tapered cumberland stem. Dinner follows this smoke. Been photographing a few pipes that I may put into action at some point.
