I went Full Tolkien with the maiden voyage on my Vauen Auenland Almar! I loaded up Stokkebye's Nougat as the first bowl, and then Stokkebye's Nougat for the second bowl. It's like smoking tobacco cased with a 3 Musketeers candy bar. I'm not generally much of an aro smoker anymore, but I made an exception and I am glad that I did. I can see why the LotR crew smoked it by the pound on set.

It was a very fun pipe to smoke. It exceeded all of my expectations.

Enjoyed a tasty Jazz apple, and am smoking Wilke Crystal Palace in a dark brown smooth straight post-WW2 LHS Certified Purex 79 bulldog with a nickel ferrule and tenon with a black vulcanite saddle stem. Fed three ferals, too, though they don't eat apples.

Just passing the quarter mark on this bowl of year 2020 D&R Raccoon’s Delight in my very reliable smooth straight post-1938 pre-Republic Peterson Sterling Canadian 263 with a sterling silver band and a tapered black vulcanite p-lip stem. Ice water and bergs is my drink. Listening to Information Please from my own collection of radio shows.
