Had a fantastic lunch of Creamed Cauliflower soup and a big Caesar salad with homemade dressing. I feel like I'm at a seaside resort in Carmel or something.
Got a small pile of rubbed-out 1st release C&D Folklore (sample) briefly drying, to go in my Stefano Santambrogio bent Rhodesian. Earl grey tea to drink. This will be my first smoke of the month. Bird report: Northern flicker, California scrub-jay, Dark-eyed junco, California towhee, Steller's jay, White-crowned sparrow, Oak titmouse, Mountain chickadee, California quail, California thrasher, Spotted towhee, and House finch. Looking forward to golfing tomorrow for the first time in about three years. So if any of you fine folks are going to be outdoors tomorrow afternoon, regardless of physical distance from Southern California...please wear a helmet and protective clothing, preferably Kevlar.
Come on, it's a tax writeoff!
Happy smokes!
