A couple of recent threads on horn stems piqued my interest, so I dug out a couple of horn-stemmed Bulldogs.

Having a bowl of Escudo, in the 1st Bulldog
A 1898 Bulldog with tapered stem. Unsmoked when I got it last year. No stamps on the the shank or stem. H.S. In an oval, but unable to find any information. Looks to be French-made despite the Birmingham hallmarks.
