Hey Laurent, it looks incredibly tasty. You should stuff it with roast pork, tomato, lettuce, pickles, mayonnaise, mustard,capers, sugar beet,goat cheese, olives, caramelized onion, bacon, veal, chicken, lamb. And a cup of red wine.
That all sounds good to me! Tonight it will be tapenade. Tomorrow morning some cream cheese and bagel seasoning.

Tabac-Manil Semois thick cut in a Johs (Mogen Johansen) short saddle-stemmed straight semi-rusticated Lovat, the tobacco dry as a bone as it should be. Just had Chinese take-out, from my usual place, but back on their game as years ago, cooked but crunchy vegetables, tender twice-cooked pork, and just zingy enough spicy sauce. A little Malbec to finish. The fortune cookie says, "Any job, big or small, do it right, or not at all." Okay.
