@PipeIT nice one mate?Aye our moorland folk help secure not only viable red grouse numbers but their predator control and habitat management ensure we give other ground nesting birds a better chance of survival. Sadly we have too many urbanite politicians trying to ban shooting and subsequent removal of such conservation measures. I opened a tin of Grousemoor nearly two years ago and found it too floral. I shall return to it when I’m back home. Tobaccoreviews.com lists this as an Aromatic, hmm, for me it comes across more like a VA with some toppings, not an Aro, because the tabac isn’t drowning in the background like most Aros, where you can’t taste the tabac.
This VA you can taste, it’s light and sweet and the Lakeland flavors are delicate and subtle, they really compliment the VA tabac. I’ve only smoked as Lakelands go, Bosun and Ennerdale, and this is a completely different spice going on.
It’s like Tabac for the Summertime, or when you want something light and refreshing, like Ice Tea, Lemonade, a Summer Ale, etc, this is a light sweet refreshing Lakeland.
I say for VA lovers that want to try something different, give this a go, this is quality tabac ?

That's what I've found so saddening about their more recent production. The Lakelands used to be major topping bombs and now they're just a whisper.
@Ettrick puffer I enjoyed the Luxury Navy Flake in my clay pipes. Still feel I'm puffing too hard and when I go to the re-enactments I'd like to see how long I can make a small clay pipe of baccy last...
If I use my pipe tool and slow match cord I should get a good slow burn.
Perhaps the windproof lighter ? makes the baccy burn too hot...

A third of the way through this bowl of year 2001 VaPer Three Nuns in a 1938 straight black grain relief Dunhill OX Shell bulldog with a silver band repair with a black vulcanite saddle stem. Have enough left for two thirds of a bowl. I may finish the day with this smoke, depending on whether or not I can finish a few things that need to be done before bed time.

I'm going to get some slow match for lighting the clay pipe.
I'll be using an empty pipe baccy tin to keep it in; helping the environment again!
