For the largest chambers - which are so large they're just plain silly - look to the cadger clays ...Going to have Granger in a GBD Colossus Ebony Straight Pot with Perspex stem. This pipe may sport the largest chamber I have, approximately 1.125"w x 1.75"d.

For large bowls there's also some of the Ropp cherrywoods which have the appearance of shillelaghs and could almost be used as offensive weapons ...
For example, the Ropp Bussang (next to a largish regular size pipe - a GBD Prehistoric)
