Thanks for the schooling, I think I’ve seen that mark before on a pipe online and mistaken it for the Rattray symbol. Is there any reason they only carved Tanganyikan briar you’re aware of and are they still making them for anyone?

I don’t know about current Meer because that factory closed in 2002 and raw Turkish Meer exports were halted in the early 1970’s.

Another bowl of Sunday Fantasy in the Ornsby Pipe, I’m quite fond of this tobacco so far and I think I’ll keep it in my rotation. Giving the Marlin Flake a go afterward, another good VaPer and I imagine it’ll benefit from some age so I might split the tin and pack some away for later.
