Oh exactly on the Isle of Man, I have watched videos of the TT many times; however, the pipe was manufactured at Laxey Pipe Factory on the Isle of Man. The factory made pipes from Tanzanian Meerschaum for the following houses; Manxman, Manxland, Man Pipes, etc. They also made them for Peterson. That three legged symbol is actually the flag of the Isle of Man. It’s a small island between Britain and Ireland and it’s where the TT motorcycle race is held. I can see why you’d think it aboriginal though. I wonder if the pipe was a special edition, The I o M has a ancient Celtic heritage.
The style of rustication is referred to as Aboriginal.
I own Peterson’s made from Turkish Meer as well.
Here’s a bit on the factory and another Aboriginal.
And another Peterson Meer
And here’s a real Pete Meer from 1904
Believe me I’m grateful for comments on my posts and trying to correct me, on this one I’ve done my research. I’m not trying to be a douche.
