Would love to see more pics of this beauty. The grain looks impeccable.

How have you observed the St James aging? I have a couple of tins from every year since 2015, don't want to risk "over-aging" it, wouldn't want the perique to go flat.

Yes, definitely along a similar vein. I assume it'll be an annual thing but 2019 was the first year. A mixtured of diverse aged virginias pressed into a flake. It's not quite McClelland's ketchup quality but it's pretty good and definitely has aging potential.

Did you re-stain this? I've been working on getting my contrast stains better.

After work browsing the forum and enjoying some more of Robert Lewis's Orcilla Mix in my ever so lovely Doctor's bent tomato with crazy bamboo.

It has a more matured, well rounded flavor now, and the perique has not diminished.

Did I mention @BROBS is the coolest guy on the whole damned planet? I'm sure I did, but it bears being said again. And again, and again! Orlik Golden Sliced in a Peterson Aboriginal Briar 312 System. Dude, you're my weirdo hero!
You better have smoked it just like that.
Enjoy it bro! ?

Earlier was Kramer’s Extra Smooth from my Comoy’s Riband bent apple.

A few minutes ago picking up some Beyond Burgers at Hardee’s smoking Kramer’s Extra Smooth from my 1973 Peterson Aboriginal Meer System 314.
