Just finished a bowl of Rattray's Marlin Flake in my Larsen billiard. Of my three WO Larsen "Rustica" models, it's the only one that has the Larsen Copenhagen markings. Although it isn't really a collector as it has a replacement saddle bit, (and the Rustica line wasn't a high end line for WO Larsen), I think they are the coolest looking pipes I own. They smoke well (though the brandy tends to want to gurgle unless I use pipestones). larsentrio.jpg

@servant King’s weather front is moving across the Southwest.
Having some ‘23 WCC Santa’s Sack in a late republic 313 (@edger, wishing you and yours a blessed Christmas and a wonderful New Year)!

The Santa’s Sack has developed a dry floral (almost Lakeland-y) tone over a couple years repose in its jar…interesting.

Enjoyed a tasty golden delicious apple, and then smoked a bowl of year 2014 Edgeworth Ready Rubbed Match in a very much appreciated 1979 brown, slight bend grain etched flat front Stanwell Rego 969-48 (09) with a black vulcanite saddle stem. Ice water and bergs is my drink.

It’s starting to look like you may have some problem with this golfing game. You know you don’t have to live like that, there’s help if you need to talk I’m here!!
I get that. Playing golf in beautiful weather while smoking cigars and hanging out with friends. It's a crap job but someone has to do it. May as well be me.

A third of the way through this bowl of year 2013 Dunhill Elizabethan Match in a straight smooth dark brown 1950s Comoy’s Deluxe apple military mount with a sterling silver band and a tapered black vulcanite stem. This pipe is from the estate of David Cuneo. Daisy the Feral Princess and Tomato the Brave came in for their wet food, and did well for themselves. I'll let Harry the Hairy in soon. Going to try to get a few pipes cleaned if the ferals will let me.
