Good prep on the twist, that’s about how mine looks in the jar😉
Thanks man

I've been working through this quarter pound since 2022. I do like it but it takes a bit of dry time, and some effort to get it going

We got some samples when those new twists came out a year or two ago. All of those burned (and lit) beautifully with zero dry time

Do you go through much of this? Do you you dry yours?

Love your Castellos and Dunhills!
Thank you, I have @VDL_Piper to blame for the Castello affliction 🤣
I’ve been on the road seeing the Kids & Grandkids down in Townsend/Wears Valley/ Gatlinburg TN and the Castello's travel and pocket really well walking around so I took a handful with me.

I usually slice and rub out 2-4oz to about the same as your pic (or a touch thinner), then pile it on a paper plate like a bundt cake. I’ll let this dry until I like it (12-36hrs) then jar it. The black usually takes less drying.
I’ve now taken to buying the black and brown twists in their sliced versions, that’s the “easy button”😉

Good day, all! Exclusive in a Chheda billiard. This pipe is stamped 007, the 7th pipe Premal made. It is shown in his Pipedia profile. I have a small collection of his pipes that I will be smoking over the next couple of weeks.
A pot of Harney and Sons Lampsang Souchong on the side. 10° colder here in Ohio compared to yesterday but sunny. A warming trend is apparently on the way. Predicted high of 34° F.

If Bond smoked a pipe, this would be a fitting pipe. 007 seems appropriate. It's definitely a cool and classy looking pipe.

HB in a Savinelli Cumberland 806. I just popped this can open and the first bowl is never that great, give it a month and it'll be smoking perfect. I bought a couple 8oz cans and I'm going to continue to just stock pile this to Age and keep cellered. So eventually I'll just be smoking on properly couple year old aged Haunted Bookshop. And I'll also have just years of smoke saved up. That's the goal anyway. Haunted Bookshop is just about all I really like to smoke. There are a few others I enjoy a lot too but HB is definitely my go to everyday smoke.
