Now smoking first production Watch City American Cut Plug Mixture in a smooth medium bend terracotta Peterson POY 2023 X160 464/1100 military mount egg with a silver cap and a tapered black vulcanite AB stem. All the ferals came in to eat, and only Daisy the Feral Princess was smart enough to stay inside where it's warm. Molly Danger was standing on m'lady's chair watching them. Sleepy Suzy woke up long enough to yawn.

Did a little low calorie snacking, and am half way through this bowl of year 2013 Capstan Blue Flake in a straight 1924 Dunhill’s “Shell Briar” patent pot 7 with a tapered black vulcanite stem. Fed my cats and cleaned a few pipes.

A long time friend of mine was very angry today because he found a small cat that had been abandoned in a parking lot. Since he knew how I felt about m'lady finding Norton the Nosey that way, he had to vent to me. Luckily, he decided that he's going to keep it.

Enjoyed a tasty golden delicious apple, and am smoking year 2020 D&R Penhooker in a 1978 smooth full bend Lorenzo Adria Standard 733 flame grain egg with a black vulcanite saddle stem. It's been a few years since I smoked this pipe, so I thought that I'd revisit the past for a short while.

Almost a third of the way through this bowl of Wilke Back Bay w/o perique in a 1937 straight smooth dark brown Kaywoodie 8776 B billiard with a tapered black vulcanite stem. I'll end the day with this smoke. Daisy the Feral Princess has settled down on her favorite blanket after eating. Tomato the Brave ate plenty and then he played with a catnip sock before "yipping" at me for some attention. He went out when he had enough. Didn't see Harry the Hairy.

Had Robert McConnell Heritage Regent Street in the bowl Peterson Christmas 2012 xl90. Direct descendant of the 1971 Dunhill Elizabethan Mixture 🙂. Kohlhase & Kopp did their homework. Loose cut, rubs out and packs easily. Red and bright Virginia with a solid dose of Perique (roughly 70/30 feel). No topping, pure tobacco. Tin note: raisins, dark bread, peppery from the Perique. In the pipe: sweet Virginia up front with fruity tang, then Perique rolls in — pepper, fig. Strength 2.5–3/5, nicotine is there but not a kicker. Burns cool and even, tongue-friendly. TR average 3.3/4, most call it honest and well-behaved.

The Gentleman From Richmond
Stokkebye Amsterdam Shag in the Briarlee Illustrious was this morning’s commute smoak.
How does that Shag burn and taste ?
It’s available here in all the shops as well for Pipe and/ or RYO.
I’d assume it would almost spontaneously combust as fine cut as it is but I’m also curious how it fairs.
