Miniature Project not completed today - looks like my computer is giving up the ghost. It's a 1911 edition of the Lenovo, and it's been acting strange lately, and friends have been drifiting in and out all day. So I'll do what I can do now and get back at it when I can find another old computer upstairs to finish the job.
Starting where I left off this morning. I took out my second
McQueen Miniature Barrel Rider and loaded it up with
Sir Walter Raleigh Aromatic. Was introduced to this a few weeks back. Like it. A nice quality aro for a morning smoke. This pipe is biased for this kid of fodder, so it was well paired. (sorry for the typing but 1/4 of the screen is missing

and I'm having some troubles seeing what's going on. Been like this all day . . . .
Next on the list was one of my
MM Morning Minicobs, with Mr.
B's (Brigham's) English Mix. Great little smoke, and then my longest McQueen Miniature, the Seafarer, with Backwood's Buttered Rum, always nice in this pipe. This is the only McQ midget that doesn't have a center draft hole, and the bowl is slightly larter than the others, so a longer smoke, up to half an hour, is possible. Backwoods is a very nice Buttered Rum, rich and full. Give it a shot if you like this kind of thing.
Next up was tongue bite, so I employed
Pirate Kake in the
McQueen Miniature Prospector.
PK is one of the tobaccos of choice for smoking with the condition. I employ it often lol. The Miniature Prospector has a really nice piece of briar on the bowl, and is employed for the English Breed.
Finished the day with more company, and switched to my Ropp J06, and Brigham's Shamrock Treasure, another tobacco I was introduced to recently. A fine aro with a lacing of Irish Creme. Quite unique and tasty.
Don't know if I'll be able to post tomorrow . . . . the computer is definitely crashing (it's actually going berserk

and there are bars running up and down the screen. If nothing else, I'll try to leave a note or find another old computer in the disaster area upstairs. In any case, this whole day with miniatures was well worth it. Good fun. Have a great Monday.
