Half way through this bowl of year 2024 Edward G. Robinson's Pipe Blend in a 2014 Basil Meadows smooth slight bend squashed tomato with an aluminum band and a black pearl acrylic stem in the military mount style. M'lady and I have fed all the cats, and they are still eating. Ice water and bergs is my drink.

Thank you @Fralphog and @Lumbridge . After following Riberg online for a while, and seeing other similar pipes by him, this was one of the shapes that I wanted. Raimo left a few features of the plateau on the rim. At first I didn't like the idea of him doing that, until he explained that it was purposeful as a tie-in to the second pipe he was making for me which is the 1/4 bent smooth billard with a full plateau. Once he said that, I loved the idea. It's makes this one a bit more unique from the rest that he has carved.

That looks like a great night, especially after a long drive home. Great looking meer!
A good pairing of single malt and pipe tobacco can certainly aid and abet the evening relaxation campaign quite well. I had commissioned this piece from Ahmet Govem over 15 years ago. I recently had a discussion with him and sent him a couple pics of how it's gotten along. Great pipe by an excellent craftsman.

This morning's waking bowl was Mycroft in a unique, large unnamed specimen of a smoker.

Now working on an after-breakfast bowl of Makhuwa in a Muxiang with the remnants of the morning espresso.
