Finally bought the Christmas tree, where they were handing out mince pies and mulled wine (all reflected in the price, of course). That's it, netted, in the background, sat in a bucket of water. It won't be brought in and decorated until Mrs. Badger's birthday on the 22nd. Got on with pruning an apple tree and wound down with more HH Old Dark Fired in the Futura half bent Dublin, and a mug of rooibos tea. Quite a satisfying day - hope yours is, too.
