How about prices for pipe tobacco and cigarettes in Philippines, are those high or still acceptable?
Pipe tobacco cost is very high mainly because very few import, I suspect they buy relatively small amounts from retail outlets in the US and just import personally (not exactly legal). I typically get tins at 2x US prices (certain blends go up to 3x)

Cigarettes are cheap. Low tax on those products.

Local cigars are reasonably priced. Imported (Cuban and quality new world) are about 2x-4x the prices of other markets.

Passing the first third of this bowl of year 2018 D&R Windsail in an 1890s-early 1900s dark brown smooth straight JD (Joseph B. Desjardins) billiard with filigree metal work with an amberish saddle stem and orific bit. I'll end the day with this smoke. Reading while this bowl lasts.
