I suggest drying rather than aging. The toppings will greatly slow down any benefit you could get from aging.

A third of the way through this bowl of year 2015 John Aylesbury Sir John’s Flake Virginia in a straight smooth light brown 2020 Ryan Alden Ace of Spades squat bulldog with a spalted pecan top and ferrule that’s attached to the tapered black acrylic stem. Ice water and bergs is my drink.

I have some Elf Dandruff I bought last year and never got around to smoking. It's in my rotation for this December soon. What do you think of it?
Edit: Since I'm playing Elf today this is must be the time. It's up next.

I think it got better with age. The leaf is of good quality and the topping doesn't sublimate the tobacco. The rose geranium is lightly applied so you're not going to get the same effect as you would with Gawith. It's a medium body smoke and won't bite. I like it.

This pipe was a great birthday present from a great friend last year. I'll take a pic of the top later, but here's what I do have as of now. The pipe has darkened since I have been smoking it.

Now smoking year 2012 Esoterica Dunbar in a smooth straight, dark brown early 1960s Lane era Charatan Selected 43 Dublin with a black vulcanite double comfort saddle stem. This pipe was formerly owned by actor William Conrad.

I cracked open a tin of Fribourg & Treyer Cut Virginia Plug.

I never had this before. Question Is this a flake ? By the name I thought it would be a rough cut broken flake type of tobacco.

Regardless what I had in the tin - Tastes beautiful.

The pipe is a Sasieni Two Dot Dublin

Edit: As per tobacco review it is a flake

I’ve not tried it.

The line between aromatics and lightly cased/topped blends can be thin. Nebari though is pretty far from what I'd consider an aromatic. It does have a light cocoa topping but it doesn't translate to the flavor unless you puff it hard.

Going to have Sutliff Pipe Force: Episode VI Signature Series by Per Georg Jensen in an IMP Meerschaum Black and White Rhodesian (partially rusticated) with a silver band. As usual, the tin with the coin weighed 155 grams and the ones without, between 118–120 grams. I’m looking for the V and VI coins for a friend.
